I am a strategic management and governance expert with a Ph.D. from CEDS, INSEEC U. in Paris. My work focuses on enhancing organizational performance—particularly in the banking sector—through innovative leadership practices, governance strategies, and academic research. I currently lecture at Lebanese University, IUL University, and JUC University, where I teach a wide range of business and management courses. I’ve supervised over 30 master’s theses and have published research in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences. My academic and professional interests span strategic empowerment, international relations, and economic policy, allowing me to bring a multidisciplinary perspective to both education and training. I’m also an experienced trainer and public speaker, delivering talks and sessions on topics such as leadership, artificial intelligence in education, and the strategic dimensions of global and regional developments.
