About Me
Dr. Moustafa Zebdawi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated with honors, ranking first in his class at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has over three years of academic experience, including roles as a graduate assistant and clinical instructor, combining a strong scientific foundation with hands-on clinical application.
Alongside his academic work, Dr. Zebdawi has more than three years of experience as a private physical therapist, specializing in strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation, and return-to-sport strategies. In 2025, he became a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
Dr. Zebdawi is a published researcher with four peer-reviewed scientific articles in the field of physical therapy. He also creates evidence-based educational content and training programs through his platform @traineducated, dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical science and practical athletic development.
