In a powerful step toward enriching Arab knowledge and culture through modern education, the British Academy for Digital Education (OMUEVRSE) and the Arab Union for Culture have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The agreement marks the beginning of a collaborative journey between two institutions committed to empowering individuals and communities across the Arab world through digital innovation and cultural engagement.

OMUEVRSE, a UK-based digital education academy, is known for its cutting-edge, multilingual online courses designed to make high-quality learning accessible and relevant in today’s global landscape. The Arab Union for Culture plays a vital role in supporting Arab cultural movements and uniting institutional efforts to preserve and promote the region’s rich heritage.

This partnership aims to foster the development of Arabic-language digital content, launch joint training and awareness programs, and create inclusive spaces for dialogue, learning, and cultural exchange.

With over a decade of global experience, I bring a multidimensional background to the field of diplomatic communications, drawing from my work as a Sworn Legal Translator, UN Public Policy Consultant, and Strategic Advisor on international legal and diplomatic affairs. I have contributed to high-level policy development and multilingual communication strategies at the United Nations, international tribunals, and global institutions, with expertise spanning diplomatic translation, international law, public diplomacy, and intergovernmental negotiations. My work also includes broadcast and business journalism, producing analytical content on global affairs and development policy. As a university lecturer, I have taught courses on international relations, diplomacy, and media strategy, integrating academic rigor with real-world insights. I hold a PhD in Diplomacy, International Affairs, and International Law from INSEEC, Paris, which grounds my approach in both theory and practice.
