About This Course

At the B2 level, learners are confident and independent users of English. They can communicate clearly and effectively in a wide range of situations, both socially and professionally. Their language is more fluent, detailed, and flexible, even when discussing complex topics.

Requirements

Solid understanding of B1-level grammar and vocabulary

Ability to use a range of verb tenses accurately (present, past, future, perfect, continuous)

Familiarity with modal verbs, conditionals, passive voice, and reported speech

Ability to understand and follow conversations, lectures, or media at natural speed

Skill in participating in discussions, debates, and extended conversations

Confidence in writing structured texts (essays, reports, emails) with clear organization

Ability to understand main ideas and details in both written and spoken texts

Use of linkers and discourse markers to connect ideas logically

Developing awareness of formal vs. informal language and tone adjustment

Ability to express opinions, justify arguments, and clarify misunderstandings

Good control of spelling, punctuation, and grammar, though occasional errors may occur
